If you are attempting to connect to a COA network resource from outside Texas A&M University grounds, you will have to first connect to the VPN.
1. Open the Start Menu that is located in the bottom left of your toolbar
A shortcut to this process is to press the Windows icon
2. Type: \\filer.arch.tamu.edu and press Enter.
Make sure you are using the backslash (located above the Enter key) and pressing it twice
3. Once you press Enter a new window will pop-up:
